This was a 3-day weekend project I made with my wife. She made a few quick sketches with colored pencils and I turned them into the prototype for a mini-game. It was actually a lot of fun, although I don’t think my wife is particularly interested in drudge through the less exciting parts of game development (scanning the images, removing the transparency, building spritesheets)
I’m not sure if we’ll do anything more with this, but it was a cool little experiment with scanned 2D images placed into a 3D world.
