K.I.T.S. 2011

Last week the Division of IT&S once again hosted 200 middleschool students for K.I.T.S.

The “Kids In Technology and Science” (KITS) program is designed to spark interest in technology and science among schoolchildren and provide Champlain College students with hands-on teaching experiences.

This year, KITS included events in robotics, computer building, functional programming, and radiography. Many of the college students that facilitated the events were from the Game Programming major, including junior Anthony Blake (photo, center).
