I’ve created this post to help those of you that want to be sure you’re registering for the right courses. Unless you have a special circumstance, here are the courses you should be planning to take:
Current Freshman (to be Sophomores) COR 2XX Choose a 200-level COR course 6 credits COR 2XX Choose a 200-level COR course 3 credits MTH 270 Discrete Mathematics 3 credits EGP 200 Graphics Programming I 3 credits CSI 281 Data Structures and Algorithms 3 credits Total 15 credits
Current Sophomores (to be Juniors)CSI 230 Introduction to OS, Linux/Unix 3 credits EGP 200 Graphics Programming I 3 credits EGP 410 AI for Games 3 credits Option 1: If you plan to go to abroad in the Spring COR 310 Global Studies I: Technology 3 credits COR 320 Global Studies II: Human Rights 3 credits Option 2: If you do NOT plan to go to abroad in the Spring COR 330 Choose two sections of COR 330 6 credits Total 15 credits
Current Juniors (to be Seniors)CCC 410 College Capstone (DO NOT REGISTER) * 5 credits EGP 405 Networking for Online Games 3 credits EGP 410 AI for Games 3 credits XXX General Elective ** 3 credits Total 14 credits
* Do Not Register for CCC 410 through the normal process. Your team is registered with Amanda Crispel and you’ll be placed in the course as a block with your team.
**Suggested Electives include “Intro to 3D Art” the new “EGD 350, Sound Design”, or “MTH 350, Numerical Methods”.
